Elevator Pitch :
The Travelling Land is a moving-city builder where your floating island sails across the world.
Build your drifting city, raise giant sails to chart new routes, and rescue endangered animal populations as you navigate through extreme, ever-changing ecosystems.
For 10 months, with the support of the CNC, we advanced a highly ambitious project with strong creative and technical foundations. Maxime and Danny delivered meticulous and complex development work, while the Game Design (Vincent) remained at the core of every decision. The project already demonstrates significant strengths and clear potential, but substantial work remains to fully realize its vision.

My work :
Although I oversaw the Art Direction, including the visual design of the buildings and the overall look of the island.
My role was mainly positioned between Game Design (Vincent) and our two developers, Maxime and Danny. I regularly tested new features as the gameplay loop evolved, and took charge of level design tasks such as placing external resources and designing the discovery of animals in distress, who later become the city’s workers
A Selection of my creations
I worked on designing the prototype level in Miro to establish the tutorial at the beginning of the game, as well as the progression of discovering various items to ensure smooth player progression.
Then, I used the tools available to me from the developers to create the game in Unreal.
