The series follows two half-siblings, 11-year-old Mo and 9-year-old Sam, the owners of the magical Spectral Scepter, passed down through their family, thanks to their great-great-great-grandmother, who once dated a mysterious, unnamed superhero. Nobody in their family had believed the story was true until one day, Mo and Sam ended up unlocking the powers of the Spectral Scepter, allowing them to temporarily acquire any superpower they ask for!
